Typical faults and symptoms
These symptoms can have different causes. The module reference and diagnostic checks help confirm the fault and assess the repair.
Steering lock does not release
The ELV may have a mechanical, electrical or communication fault. Its operation is checked together with the ignition module.
Key not recognized / intermittent no start
The system does not validate the key or occasionally fails. Diagnostics distinguishes key, module and communication faults.
